- Create a sleep routine for better sleep: Are you always feeling fatigued at the end of the day? It’s time for some serious thinking about your sleeping pattern. Research has shown that a solid 6-8 hours of sleep every night is required to maintain a healthy mind and body. Simple measures like switching off your TV and mobile phones earlier, investing in a comfortable pillow, and using a good eye mask to hinder unwanted light go a long way in helping you fall asleep easily.
